Tripura Foundation India website does not trade, rent, or sell the personal information from our database or mailing list. If you decide to set up an online account with us, your user id and password is made sure that you alone can access the account. However, it remains your responsibility to not to share your login details and ensure no unauthorized access of your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that no minor is able to access your account.

When you sign up for membership or make donations at Tripura Foundation India, all personal credit information entered is protected with Secure Server technology. Violation of Terms and Conditions
Please also note that at any time, if we determine that you have abused or violated the letter or intent of any of these terms, conditions or guidelines, or any applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and all related services, initiate an investigation, remove materials from our servers, issue a warning, block any prohibited activity, and take any other responsive action. Users who violate these Terms and Conditions may additionally incur criminal and/or civil liability.
Donation Amount Usage
The amount you donate will be assigned towards a particular donation/cause after 30 working days from your transaction. Hence, if you wish to change the designate or request for refund, you must raise a request before 30 working days from your transaction.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once you have made a payment towards a donation/cause, which are nonrefundable for any reason (such as exceeding 30 working days of transaction) or any other cancellation clause of Tripura Foundation – India, your donation amount shall not be refunded.
Refund Policy
If you have made a transaction twice towards a donation/cause or wish to cancel the transaction for any reason, you need to send a refund request before 30 working days of transaction. In such case, you shall receive the refund amount within 15 to 20 working days to your registered account.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
After your successful payment made towards a donation/cause, we will provide donation receipts immediately after making the donation. Other supportive documents for tax exemption u/s 80G receipts & other details will be provided at the financial year ending.
PHOTO & VIDEO DISCLAIMER
Tripura Foundation India reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Tripura Foundation India, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Tripura Foundation India may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Tripura Foundation India including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
A person attending a Tripura Foundation India event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Tripura Foundation India Flat No. G-1, ‘Ananthapuri’ No. 14, 1st Main Road, T.V.S. Nagar, Korattur, Chennai – 600076, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Tripura Foundation India will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By participating in a Tripura Foundation India event or by failing to notify Tripura Foundation India, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Tripura Foundation India, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Tripura Foundation India from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Tripura Foundation India may not use, copy, alter or modify Tripura Foundation India photographs, graphics, video or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Tripura Foundation India.
